ASCEND ships within the United States.
Processing Time
In-stock products typically ship in 1-2 business days.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is $7.95 with an estimated 3–4 day delivery window after shipment. Expedited shipping is $37.95 with an estimated 2-day delivery window after shipment. Final shipping rates are displayed at checkout before payment is submitted.
Tracking
When an order ships, customers should receive a tracking email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, we may require a corrected address and additional shipping payment before reshipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If a package appears lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, contact ASCEND support through the Contact page with the order number and photos if available. We will review each situation and work toward a practical resolution.
