Privacy
Last updated September 29, 2026. We collect only what we need to communicate, process interest, and support customers.
Information We Collect
We may collect your name, email address, product interest, ambassador application details, wholesale or partnership interest, order information, shipping address, and customer support messages.
How We Use Information
We use information to send product updates, review ambassador applications, respond to support requests, process orders, and improve the ASCEND experience.
Lead Capture
Launch forms may be stored through our website hosting provider so ASCEND can review Inner Circle signups and ambassador applications. If the form connection is unavailable, the site may open an email draft as a backup. Only submissions with email consent should be imported into an email marketing platform.
Payment Information
Card and payment details are handled by third-party payment providers. ASCEND does not store full credit card numbers on this website.
Email Marketing
If you join our list and give email consent, we may send product updates, educational content, launch announcements, ambassador information, and community notes. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Sharing Information
We may share information with service providers that help operate the website, email list, payments, shipping, analytics, and customer support. We do not sell personal information as a business model.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system is perfect. Customers should contact us promptly if they believe their information has been submitted in error or used improperly.
Website Hosting & Server Data
Ambassador referral links use a first-party 30-day cookie containing the ambassador link code. We count visits to each referral link on our server, without storing visitor names, email addresses, IP addresses, or device identifiers in the referral database. The code may also appear in the landing page address for aggregate traffic reporting. A referral-link visit does not prove a purchase.
This website uses a 30-day age-verification cookie. We also use first-party analytics on our server to count page views, browser-tab visits, age-gate arrivals, traffic-source domains, site-link clicks, product-specific Add to Cart clicks, PayPal cart handoffs, and gift-card signups. Cart tracking records clicks, not card details, payment attempts, or completed purchases inside PayPal. This analytics record uses a temporary browser-tab session identifier; it does not store your name, email address, IP address, or full URL. JavaScript must be enabled for visit and page tracking. We do not use a third-party analytics or advertising tracker for this dashboard. Standard server access logs may record IP address, requested page, and browser details for security and operation. Forms you submit are stored separately from pseudonymous analytics so ASCEND can respond to you. To ask about or request removal of your submitted information, use the contact form.
Journal Comments
Comments on Journal entries are reviewed by ASCEND before they appear publicly. When you submit a comment we store your name, email address, comment text, and IP address on our server. Only your name and comment are ever displayed; your email address is never shown publicly and is used only if we need to contact you about your comment. To request edits or removal of a comment, email support@ascendelic.com.

Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand website visits, traffic sources, product interactions, and shopping and checkout activity. Depending on your location and privacy choices, analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers. We do not intentionally send your name, email address, street address, or payment-card details to Google Analytics. Analytics reports are not a complete record of every visitor or purchase; browser settings, consent choices, and blockers can limit measurement.
Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services and review Google’s Privacy Policy. Order processing and transactional messages remain separate from optional marketing and cart-recovery emails.
Checkout reliability monitoring
We record limited operational signals such as items added to a cart, checkout visits, safe payment-field interaction indicators, payment-button attempts, displayed payment-error categories, and whether a store order completes. These signals help us diagnose checkout problems and identify unfinished carts. We use a random session reference, not a device fingerprint. We do not read or store the contents of secure payment-card fields or copy typed buyer-form values into this monitoring log. Records are retained for up to 14 days and may be linked to a store order when one is created. An unfinished checkout is not necessarily a declined payment, and blockers or connection loss can limit detection. This monitoring does not enroll you in marketing or trigger customer recovery emails or texts.
