Lead Capture

Launch forms may be stored through our website hosting provider so ASCEND can review Inner Circle signups and ambassador applications. If the form connection is unavailable, the site may open an email draft as a backup. Only submissions with email consent should be imported into an email marketing platform.

Payment Information

When payment processing is activated, card and payment details will be handled by third-party payment providers. ASCEND does not intend to store full credit card numbers on this website.

Email Marketing

If you join our list and give email consent, we may send product updates, educational content, launch announcements, ambassador information, and community notes. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Website Hosting & Server Data

This website runs on a private server with no third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies. Like most web servers, it keeps standard access logs (IP address, pages visited, browser type) for security and site operation; logs rotate out automatically after a short period. Form submissions (Inner Circle, ambassador, contact) are stored on our server and emailed to the ASCEND support inbox so we can respond; an approximate location (city/region) may be derived from your IP address at submission time. Journal Comments

Comments on Journal entries are reviewed by ASCEND before they appear publicly. When you submit a comment we store your name, email address, comment text, and IP address on our server. Only your name and comment are ever displayed; your email address is never shown publicly and is used only if we need to contact you about your comment.
