Shipping Policy

Where We Ship
ASCEND plans to ship within the United States where our products can be sold and delivered lawfully. We may restrict orders to certain states or regions based on product rules, carrier limitations, or compliance review.
Processing Time
Once checkout is live, in-stock orders are expected to process within 2-4 business days. Pre-orders follow the estimated shipping window shown at checkout or in the pre-order confirmation.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates will be displayed at checkout before payment is submitted. Any free-shipping threshold or promotional shipping offer will be shown clearly on the order page.
Tracking
When an order ships, customers should receive a tracking email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, we may require a corrected address and additional shipping payment before reshipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If a package appears lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, contact us at the launch support inbox listed on the Contact page with the order number and photos if available. We will review each situation and work toward a practical resolution.
