Refund Policy
Last updated June 7, 2026. This policy keeps expectations clear before checkout is activated.
Return Window
Once product sales are live, unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Products must remain sealed and in their original packaging.
Opened Products
For quality and safety reasons, opened products are not eligible for return or refund unless the order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact the launch support inbox listed on the Contact page within 7 days of delivery. Include the order number, photos, and a brief description so we can review the issue.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders may be cancelled before fulfillment begins. Once a pre-order has shipped, the standard return policy applies.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider and customer bank.
Exclusions
Shipping fees, promotional items, and limited launch gifts may be excluded from refunds unless required by law or unless ASCEND made an order error.
