Launch Operations
Payment Processing Readiness
Internal checklist for moving from public waitlist to approved checkout. This page keeps the launch requirements organized before paid orders open.
Current Status
Website: Live at ascendelic.com.
Checkout: Not active yet. Product pages are education and interest capture only.
Lead capture: here.now Site Data capture is active for Inner Circle and ambassador interest, with email-draft fallback if the form connection is unavailable. Forms require 21+ acknowledgement and explicit email consent. Dedicated email platform still required before marketing campaigns.
Email DNS: MX, SPF, and DMARC basics are active for the domain. The support@ascendelic.com mailbox is active and tested; inbound/outbound tests passed, and public form fallback routing now uses the branded support inbox. Custom DKIM should still be confirmed inside Hostinger if Hostinger recommends an additional record.
Business profile: Legal business name, LLC entity type, mailing address, business phone, billing descriptor, volume assumptions, and California fulfillment origin have been recorded for underwriting review.
Fulfillment model: Wellness Capsules and Tincture Drops are planned as in-stock launch products. Reishi + Cordyceps Capsules are currently out of stock and use a notify-me list.
Processor target: FanBasis or another processor that accepts legal mushroom wellness products.
Processor outreach: FanBasis pre-approval request submitted. Written approval and any restrictions are pending.

Processor-Safe Claim Rules
Public copy should stay focused on ritual, quality, sourcing, ingredients, daily practice, education, and community. Avoid disease claims, medical outcomes, controlled-substance positioning, intoxication claims, or language that suggests unlawful use.
